Lots has happened!

I know it has been forever since I posted anything here.

The update is that now I am Mrs. Megin Garrett!  Woohoo!!! We had a fantastic wedding and are very, very happy.

In my mehndi world, I completed my first grad night! Me and 100 or so graduating seniors on a boat. I did mehndi for 3 hours straight! I had no idea how exhausting it would be, but I had a great time and I learned a lot.

Since then I have been commissioned for three more paintings, begun a wall sized mural and I will be working at a U-District ice cream social tomorrow.

It has been a while, but I am back!

Hi everyone!

I know it has been a long time since I have posted here. I had to go back to my real job and now Dan and I barely have time to breathe! I have still been doing mendhi and still been painting, but taking time to update this blog has been difficult.  Also, I am trying to get some better pictures of my work. You can be sure that, as soon as I can, this blog will be inundated with pictures!

Now for the big news...Tonight, between 6 and 9, I will be showing my paintings at the art walk in White Center!!!!!   WooooHoooo!!!!!!  I will be at the 3.14 Bakery, which is an awesome little bakery with the best pies around (plus lots of other delicious goodies!). This will be my first "showing" so if you can, come down and take a look. You won't regret it because, if all else fails, there will be cookies!

I will also be doing mendhi for those who are interested.

I hope to see some of you there!
